Hi,

Download and install the latest HP Full Feature Software below and complete the installation wizard:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ST650/HPEasyStart-13.4.8-STF650_48_5_4607_2_Webpa...

 

Now open the HP Scan software by searching for your printer model (650) to scan using the HP Scan software.
