Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
I want to disable the automatic firmware updates that make using compatible ink cartridges impossible. In the settings the option for updates is "locked" to "auto" and I can't make the choice.

Hello window,
Select Device(s).
Select the Configuration tab.
Expand the Security section and select Printer Firmware Update.
Check the box and select the Disable radio button.
Select Apply and follow the dialog box prompts.
- Click on yes button to say thanks
- Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered
- Please contact me to inform me of the result
Best regards,
Bernard42.
