I have a Samsung s21.  I want to print    something the size of a credit card. I have 2 hp printers deskjet 4100 and office jet 4650

Perhaps the difference is more about the software / application you are using.

True - None of the mobile options provide the level of control available in the Windows full driver printer software for either of these printer.

HP Smart - Mobile application might be able to do what you want.

For example, if the original size is too small, you can manually change the size of the content.

• At this writing, the app cannot print at a selected size beyond the few options provided.
• Resize options might vary according to the Operating System / application.
• Resize options are different for Photo printing as compared to Document printing.
• Manual resize is awkward and nearly impossible to set to a particular size with any accuracy.
