i was in the middle of prinnting a large amout of documents, when suddenly my electricity went off and on several times. i tried disconnecting the power cord and reconnecting it, changing the power cord, and changing the wall outlet, but nothing worked. my printer isnt showing any signs of turning on or at least having electric power reach it. anyone know what the issue could be fixed with?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
I am sorry that happened!
The options are indeed limited and you might have covered everything.
Troubleshooting document:
The power supply might be fried (destroyed).
What?
It is perhaps not so much that the power might go out one time - printers might survive this indignity.
Having the power go out, come back, go out, come back can damage sensitive power supplies.
If your homeowners / rental insurance is available, ask your insurance agent if you are covered for this kind of damage.
