I was in the middle of chatting and video chatting to troubleshoot my printer. The Agent (Zella a.k.a. Gift) asked me to reboot my modem. I said we would get disconnected. She said this: "In the event that the chat breaks, your device reboots, or we get disconnected from the chat session, please come back at https://support.hp.com/contact and re-initiate the chat to get reconnected to me again."
That was obviously ridiculous. There is no way to get connected. I'VE LOOKED EVERYWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE. What the literal heck?!?!?!?! I wasted HOURS on this and now we cannot conitnue?!?!
