Hi @BigM27,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Performing a factory reset on an HP DeskJet 2752e All-In-One Printer can help resolve various issues or clear any custom settings you may have configured. Here are the steps to factory reset your printer.

Note: A factory reset will erase all customized settings and return the printer to its default state. Make sure you have the necessary setup information, such as your Wi-Fi network details and any custom settings, before proceeding.

  • Turn on the Printer: Make sure your HP DeskJet 2752e is powered on and in a ready state.
  • Access the Control Panel: If the printer has a touchscreen control panel, navigate to the "Settings" or "Setup" menu. If it doesn't have a touchscreen, locate and press the "Cancel" button until the printer returns to the main menu.
  • Navigate to "Tools" or "Settings": Use the touchscreen or physical buttons to access the "Tools" or "Settings" menu. The exact menu names may vary depending on your printer model.
  • Factory Reset Option: Look for an option that says "Factory Reset," "Restore Defaults," or something similar. Select this option to initiate the factory reset process.
  • Confirm the Reset: The printer will typically ask you to confirm the reset. Confirm the action to proceed.
  • Wait for the Reset: The printer will now reset to its factory default settings. This process may take a few minutes, and the printer may restart during the reset.
  • Setup Wizard: Once the factory reset is complete, the printer will enter the initial setup wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer again, including connecting it to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Reinstall the Printer Software: If you have previously installed the printer software on your computer, you may need to reinstall it and add the printer again.

That's it! Your HP DeskJet 2752e All-In-One Printer should now be reset to its factory default settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
