Porfavor, necesito ayuda, mi impresora es F2400 DESKJET TODO EN UNO PERO NO FUNCIONA EL SCANNER ME DICE FUERA DE LINEA

Me sale este aviso cuando le doy clic a ecanear en el HP SMART

me sale esto cuando trato de solucionar solo me manda a descargar denuevo el driver pero no hay ningun driver solo el scan doctor

Try to install the next driver:

Prueba a instalar el siguiente controlador:

• >>  Deskjet_F2480 - controlador para instalar - Windows

* Click on YES button  to say thanks,
