Product: HP Photo creations software
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the HP Envy Photo 7855 printer from HP website, downloaded installation included HP Photo creations software, but turns out it's a link To HP website to download the software, but it isn't connecting. Error message is check my internet connection, but I AM connected and it wont launch. I've searched HP.com and can't find it... IS this HP Photo creations software no longer available?
