Hi,

 

I have a laptop for work that accesses a cloud based OS. In order to print from that cloud OS, I need to install a postscript driver to the laptop so that the cloud OS can find my printer on my network to print on. 

 

I see that there is this driver "EN4520_Basicx64_1122.exe" on the HP drivers page. But I am not sure if this is the correct one. 

 

Any help would be appreciated., Thank you.

Hi,

The HP Envy 4520 support the PCL 3 printing language, as you may find listed within its Printing specifications below:

Postscript printing is supported on select HP laserjet and Officejet printers, such a requirement requires a printer hardware which supports the print language, it refers to the hardware level and not to any specific driver, your printer does not support the printing language.

 

You may follow below support matrix for the HP Universal Printing driver, to find print models which supports the PostScript printing language, this cannot be done with any HP Envy printer:
