Hi!

I wanted to follow-up on the "HP Digital Imaging Monitor.Ink.disabled" problem that I was experiencing.  The directions eventually helped me resolve the digital imaging monitor problem with my printer.  I disabled a start-up direction/code.  I don't know how the direction/code was introduced into my system ((Unfortunately, I'm pretty non-technical)) but after I disabled the start-up code the "HP Digital Imaging Monitor.Ink.disabled" issue was resolved.

Frustratingly, a series of problems then started appearing one right after the other.  Because my printer was pretty old and I didn't have the time to resolve a continuing stream of printer issues ~and~ work at the same time, I broke down and bought a new printer.  I am now the proud owner of an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 and all is well!  Whew!
