Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to install HP Smart from the Microsoft store, after download and installation launch I get an error message. And HP Smart is not installed

Can you help

Hi,

Can you successfully install any other app from the Microsoft Store? please try that and check to get some better understanding.

 

Please follow the below steps from Microsoft to troubleshoot issues while installing apps from the MS Store:
