Impressora não está sendo localizada no windows 10

Estou tentando realizar a instalação da minha impressora HP- D1660, mas ao inserir o cabo o programa localiza a impressora como dispositivo, porém o mesmo não é localizado quando vou adicionar a impressora. Já troquei o cabo e já instalei o programa HP-Smart que também não localiza. Existe algum outro procedimento para instalação?
