Good afternoon,

 

I have the OfficeJet Pro 8720. I was the one that set up the printer and I keep getting the message, "this feature was locked or disabled by the device administrator", when I'm inside HP Utility. Please help me, let me know how to do the factory reset.

We will have to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

I have sent you a private message with the reset instructions. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
