I am unable to set the Printer to print file folder labels -- as it once did automatically.  I'm using AVERY template 5102.

I cannot find  AVERY template 5102

It's still possible - the margins might be tricky and the paper type and size is completely unknown.

That said,

I did find this rather odd looking UK template that includes two different label sizes on one sheet:

Avery Templates for software code J5102 - 63.5 x 38 mm - 7 per sheet

Regardless, the setup is not that much different from printing any label paper / business card sheets.

Assuming the labels printed before,

Assuming your printer software is installed,

Assuming you are printing from Word or an exported PDF file,

The issue is likely Settings.

I can offer general advice.

Simply ignore anything that does not apply, does not work, has been tried and discarded.

Rather than depend on "automatic printing" setup, select the Paper Type, Paper Size, and Source (Tray)

For example

Paper Type = Brochure

Paper Size "Letter" / 8.5X11 inches (or A4 depending on region and template)

Source = Tray 1 (most printers - exceptions are noted in the printer's User Guide)

General Example - Exported PDF label form - Adobe Reader DC
