Incompatible Ink Catridge HP 802 Small Ink Cartridge - Black

Hi,

I had purchasedHP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer in USA 4 years back and have now moved to India, now i need to reset the Region Code so that I can install Genuine HP Cartridge.

My Product HP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer is out of warranty and hence please advise the possible solution.

The printer is compatible with HP 301 ink cartridges in India. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
