Hello every one , after latest firmware update (V3.82.01.11) my Laser MFP 135w printer is showing "Incompatible Toner Cartridge".

Printer was purchased few days ago, cartridge is original HP 106A. Before firmware update, printer was able to print regularly.

Can someone from HP support help me

@el36ar, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Have you tried with an alternate ink toner?

Firmware updates will not cause this issue. Also, there is no way to revert the printer to previous firmware.

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
