Hi @felipe68,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're trying to set up your HP Envy 6132e All-in-One Printer with HP Smart and the claim code isn't working at https://www.hpsmart.com/claim, follow these steps:

Solution: Use HP Smart App to Enter the Code

Ensure You Are Signed Into HP Smart

  • Open the HP Smart app on your Windows 10 PC.
  • Sign in with your HP account (or create one if you haven’t).

Add Your Printer

  • Click on "Add Printer" and follow the setup process.
  • If your printer is already listed, remove it and add it again.

Enter the Pairing Code

  • When prompted to "Claim Your Printer", enter the pairing code shown on your printer's display.
  • If no prompt appears, go to "Advanced Settings" in HP Smart and look for the claim option.

click here and follow the troubleshooting steps- HP Printer - Find the Printer Claim Code
click here and follow the troubleshooting steps -   HP Printer - Printer Claim Process and FAQs

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

It is impossible for me to delete the printer. As it is assciated with an instant Ink account (free 6 months).

I have started the cancellation of the instant ink but it does not fix the problem!!  I keep getting the message that I have to cancel the account, and I don't understand it because I have already canceled it!!!

Stupid printer and stupid software. I have had a Photsmart C4380 for 14 years since 2010, and I retired it a few days ago because the charger, not the printer, broke down. I am going to return the purchase of the envy printer and buy a new charger for my PhosoSmart through wallapop. It will be cheaper, I will have fewer problems with an HP support that I have been trying to get the issue resolved for a week and I will avoid headaches. It is unbelievable
