Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer and I can not for the life of me set up "Scan to Email". I have tried google and yahoo email and they both return the same error "Incorrect credentials". I have 100% entered the correct username and password. I have searched other resolutions that users have got to work but they are out-dated and no longer applicable. I have also tried re-setting printer to factor settings. Any help in the right direction is appreciated.
