I am having a little bit of a problem with my Photosmart C3180 printer. As I open the solution center there is a message saying that my black ink cartridge is incorrectly installed. However , my printer will still print any page in black colour with no problem at all. Before this message started showing up , my black ink level was really low. Is it because of that, or is any problem with my printer?
PS. I tried turning off and on the printer but I see no difference. Also , I tried replacing the black ink cartridge but nothing happened
