My HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw is a few years old and has been a reliable printer for me.
Today I tried to replace one of the color cartridges- I bought the exact same HP color cartridge that is in there now. Unfortunately I'm getting an error "Indicated cartridges blocked for containing a non-HP chip"
This is really frustrating as the cartridge IS an HP cartridge. Why does it think it's not?
At this point, the printer cannot be used until I fix this. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
