I recently installed third-party toner cartridges in my HP printer and encountered the above error. I understand HP does not guarantee compatibility with non-HP toner, but I am seeking a solution that allows me to use these more cost-effective cartridges. This particular third-party toner set costs $70 compared to over $300 for the HP versions, presenting significant savings.
Please advise how we can resolve this issue to enable printing with the third-party toner. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to get an older firmware version for your printer model, and install it. Sharing more details on offical forum is not allowed, Google is your friend.

Surely you searched the support forum before posting this? Surely you saw the many, many other posts with the same issue, asking what they can do to use their third-party supplies? And surely you noted that on the few posts where HP did respond, they universally transferred all responsibility onto the third-party supply manufacturer, advising users to contact the supply vendor and ask them why the supplies don't work in the device.
Why would you expect your own experience to be any different? HP "does not guarantee compatibility with third-party supplies" means exactly that, their devices have security code in them that rejects unapproved supplies and renders them incompatible. It's intentional. They've reached the conclusion that it's within their rights as a manufacturer to do so, and in fact would probably claim that bypassing such restrictions amounts to bypassing of security protections, a potentially criminal act in some jurisdictions.
The days of "it's my hardware that I purchased, I have the right to use it however I please" are sadly over. Now, you have the right to expect manufacturer assistance with using a device "in an approved manner". Anything beyond that, they can just pretend isn't possible. Even if the only reason it's impossible is because the software they wrote is programmed to block it. (And In their own support forum, they can and do censor any posts claiming otherwise.)
