Hp Envy Photo 7855

I just bought a refurbished HP Envy Photo printer from Best Buy. I am working on the initial set-up and I got as far as putting the ink cartridges in. When I did, I got an error on the printer screen and on the HP Smart Printer Set-up Page. I am using the cartridges that came with the printer, buti am not able to get past this step. I have tried to find an HP Tech Support number, but no luck. Everything keeps bringing me back to the Support Community. Can anyone help me?

Follow the steps from the document HP Ink Cartridges - 'Use SETUP Cartridges' Error to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

The only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
