hi,
After upgrading the firmware of a Color Laser MFP 178nwg to version V3.82.01.17, the printer restarts approximately every 30 seconds.
After the initialization process, the printer briefly goes into Ready mode - 2 seconds later it restarts.
The update was done through the embedded web server (EWS).
I can no longer log into the embedded web server.
Is there a way to reset the printer to factory settings or to the old firmware?

Thanks for your answer.
I can't find a way to contact HP support because the printer is already 2 years old and the warranty has expired.
Is there no way to reset the printer to factory settings myself?
You can recover your printer by installing the V16 software
You will have to contact @JMichelG to get the firmware unless @SNicollas can supply it. I think the mod has to allow you to contact JMichelG to get the V16 downgrade firmware. I notified the mod of the problem.
