Product: HP Envy 7640

Ink Cartridge Problem   .  .have removed and reinstalled the ink cartridge 5 times now. . following instructions on the forum here. 

 

Shutting Down wheel also appeared but that is fixed now. 

 

Don't know what to do?  Urgent because I have to print and get a tax document to my CPA. 

 

Help.
