Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

Earlier today I received an error code 3 - there was paper jammed, but I couldnt open the ink access door to see inside. I did manage somehow to pull the paper out and now the printer is working again fine (and there is no longer an error code present).

However, the ink access door on my HP envy 6000e printer is STILL BLOCKED- or rather, it opens only about 5cm - never had this problem before today (had this printer about 6 weeks).

- Error messages (if any) on the unit.

- Are you not able to physically open the access door or is it only an error you get on the printer?
