Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have new HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 notebook Windows 11. Can print documents from computer to my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in One Pinter, but cannot scan documents. Have tried reinstalling several times with no siccess.
