To insert a cartridge into your HP Envy 6022e printer, follow these steps:

Steps to Insert or Replace Ink Cartridges in HP Envy 6022e:

Power on the Printer:

• Ensure the printer is turned on. If it’s not already powered on, press the Power button to turn it on.

Open the Printer Access Door:

• Gently lift the front cover of the printer (this is the part where the cartridges are located). This will open the printer's ink cartridge access door.
• The ink cartridge holder will automatically slide to the center for easy access.

Remove the Old Cartridges (if applicable):

• If there are existing cartridges, gently press down on the cartridges to release them.
• Pull the cartridges out of their slots carefully, and set them aside for disposal or recycling.

Unpack the New Ink Cartridges:

• Take your new HP ink cartridges out of their packaging.
• Remove the protective tape from the cartridges. Be careful not to touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles to avoid damaging them.

Insert the New Cartridges:

• Slide the new ink cartridges into the corresponding slots.
  • The black cartridge typically goes into the right slot, and the color cartridge goes into the left slot.
• Push the cartridges gently into place until they click into position.
