HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

When I bought my HP printer. I also purchased ink for it. The first time the ink ran out for the printer I replaced it, with the correct HP ink. I than got errors saying it was the wrong ink. No it was not. An HP representative than told me I had to sign up for Insta print or could not use printer. Two years later still not happy with being told when I can print and how many pages I can print.

Does anybody else find Inata print inconvenient? And ate wondering if they will ever buy HP products again?

Also not happy with not being able to communicate with a live person on chat?

HP what is up?

By the way I don't use self check out either.

Instant ink is a not a requirement it is a program that is offered not enforced. There as obviously some miscommunication in the past. If you prefer to not use instant ink, cancel your subscription, use the printer until your current time runs out and then purchase standard retail cartridges.
