Product: HP DeskJet 2622 All In One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Several days ago my computer when down and had to take it computer repair.  Since then I am unable to reinstall my printer.  It advises that I need a Claim number off the info sheet.  However, the current info sheet no longer has that claim number.  What are my options to reinstall my printer - DeskJet 2622 All in one printer?

Actually the functionality that is missing is the editing portion of the program.  The other parts of the program seem to be working now.
