Product: OfficeJet Pro 8035
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our laptops are locked down (managed) and I cannot unlock this user's laptop to access the Microsoft store. Is there a method to access the printer drivers I need for the OfficeJet Pro 8035 directly (without going through the Microsoft Store)?

I understand you are trying to install the printer driver.

 

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.
