HP Envy Photosmart 7858
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had this printer up and running wireless for months.  Something corrupted and it quit connecting.  Tried reinstallation a number of times using the most recent drivers but getting the 2753 error repeatedly.  I have deleted the printer, gone to Windows System32 folder, deleted HPZipm12.dll  and HPZinw12.dll.  No luck, same error.  If I connect the printer with a USB cable, i can print letter only - no photos, etc.

Hi,

Please browse to C:\Windows\System32

Select any DLL file starting with hpz* and move it to a temporary folder on your desktop.

Restart your PC and try reinstalling the HP software again.

May you see any difference?

Once completing the installation, please move the files back to the System32 folder.

I was able to get the basic drivers installed and printing wirelessly.  Success to some degree.  However, I got a message from HP to download the scan and accessory drivers.  I attempted that and got another 2753 error.  Should i again move all "hpz.dll's" from the Win System32 directory and attempt to install the scan and accessory drivers?
