Product: HP Deskjet 2130
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Non riesco ad installare la mia HP deskjet 2130 su MAcBook Air.

Collegando in cavo al Mac andando in preferenze di sistema e poi "stampanti" la riconosce. Invio le stampe ma non le fa partire. 

Installando HP smart provando ad aggiungere stampante non la vede. 

Attaccando la stampante via cavo al modem e cercando di configurarla wifi via modem non la vede.

Come posso fare?

Hi,

Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software.

Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

As soon as HP Easy start prompts to install HP Smart, close HP Easy Start and press the Skip to Software Download button, then follow the steps on screen to complete the installation and check for any difference.

Grazie per l'aiuto. Alcuni passi in avanti sono stati fatti.

Ho disinstallato i vecchi programmi e installato il nuovo programma dal link che mi hai inviato.

Il programma ha trovato la stampante ma poi al momento di fare la stampa di prova e prova scanner tutto ko.

Ho provato poi a stampare un mio documento salvato su pc ma stesso risultato : la stampante è morta, non riceve nessun input.

Altri suggerimenti?
