Hi! @khuesong, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have issues connecting your printer wirelessly to the network.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Please provide the operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.
As you mentioned you have issues connecting your printer wirelessly and printing from it.
Connect the printer to your network with the Wireless Setup Wizard so the HP installer can find the printer during the installation.
The Wireless Setup Wizard provides an easy way to set up and manage the wireless connection to your printer.
-
On the printer control panel, press the Wireless icon
, and then press the button
next to Settings.
-
Press the down arrow
to scroll to Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.
The wizard searches for and displays a list of available networks.
-
Press the down arrow
to scroll to the name of your network, and then press OK.
If the list does not contain your network name, you can enter it manually.
-
Press the down arrow
to scroll to Enter New Network Name, and then press OK.
-
Press the down arrow
to scroll to the appropriate letters or numbers on the on-screen keyboard.
note:
You must enter the exact uppercase (capital) and lowercase (small) letters. Otherwise, the wireless connection fails.
-
When you finish entering the new network name, scroll to Done and press OK.
The printer attempts to connect to the network.
-
-
When prompted, enter the WEP or WPA key.
-
Press the down arrow
to scroll to the appropriate letters or numbers on the on-screen keyboard.
note:
You must enter the exact uppercase (capital) and lowercase (small) letters. Otherwise, the wireless connection fails.
-
When you finish entering the WEP key or WPA key, scroll to Done and press OK to confirm.
The printer attempts to connect to the network.

Also, If the issue persists uninstall the printer from root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers
HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads to update the full feature printer software.
