Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
After a few years, I need to do a new installation for my HP officejet 4620. Windows 11 64bit.
First I downloaded the smart drive but could not find scanner programm.
Removed the installation.
Then I downloaded Full_Webpack-1307_1-OJ4620_Full_Webpack.exe and also Basic_Webpack_x64-1307-OJ4620_Basicx64_Webpack.exe because I need the scanner programm also.
Both comes with the error "error 3: port monitorfiles could not be copied"
I restarted windows, removed c:\program files\hp, c:\program files (x86)/hp and also c:\users\me\appdata\local\hp
a) what are port monitorfiles?
b) how do I solve my installation problem. What do I have to delete/clean?
