Product: HP Smart Tank 520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Other

downloaded the software (Smart App- Desktop). can not install printer as being prompted wifi setup. Note my printer is Smart Tank 520 (Non-wirelss). 

 

Can you share software and driver.

Hi @Jessie966,

 

1.  First connect with a USB cable the printer and computer.

2.  Then please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

 

3.  And go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer.

 

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

I was able to download the driver. but the printer is still not readable by macbook.  second how about the application so i can use other features (scan docs, copy and others) of the printer?
