Having trouble loading drivers/software after I upgraded to Big Sur OS. I've tried everything and still I cannot get the "Hp Easy Start" file to unzip and download??? I also tried downloading the HP un-install software and it would not download?
Also, prior to removing all Hp software and starting over, I kept getting this prompt after opening the HP smart app.....
"HP Smart wants to use your confidential information stored in “ HP Smart-HPConnected-LastUserName” in your keychain."
This printer is only 18 mos old, so I'm assuming there will be Big Sur OS friendly drivers/software that will work.
I would appreciate any help 🙂

After searching further, I found this solution to work, check it out.... Thanks to Shlomil
Try following below version of the HP Easy Start Utility:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/ASU/HP_Easy_St...
As soon as you open HP Easy Start, click the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software...
Read any warnings that display, and then click Continue. When prompted, type your administrator user name and password and follow the steps on screen.
Click Set Up New Device, and then follow the instructions to reinstall your printer with HP Easy Start and let me know if that may resolve the problem.
