HP LaserJet Pro M12w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After downloading and launching the driver hp_LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution-v20180815-10229428.exe, the program will extract the file, but once it reaches 100% the installer does not appear.

I have ended/closed all programs, cleaned disk, cleaned registries, cleaned caches and other efforts, however, I still get the same results. I'm running Windows 10 (64-bit) and everything is up to date.

After reading another similar post on a different product...  I found a solution.....

It turned out that the .exe file only extract the component, but will not run the HpSetup.exe automatically.

Hence, I have to look for the file manually.  I find the folder "LJPM11_M13_Full_Solution" within the C: Drive.

Double click on the HpSetup.exe to run the setup application.  It worked wonderfully.

Hope this solution will help any of you.
