I'm trying to install the firmware update OPJ8600_N911g-n_R1545A. When I get to the step shown in the attachmented picture, it won't let me select my printer.
Is this a problem with the setup.exe?
I'd appreciate any help!
Thank-you.

Hi,
there is no problem with the setup.
As listed under Status, your printer firmware is up-to-date, meaning the latest firmware is already installed on your printer and therefore the update is not applicable for the printer, it is already installed...

I'm trying to install the firmware update on My 6700 HP printer. I downloaded the file OJ6700_R1545A and pluged my printer cable to my PC USB and then clicked run. A diolog box came up and shows my printer just fine, but it won't let me select my printer by clicking in the box. Does anyone know what I have done wrong or how I can select my printer so the install button will become not-grayed out.
I'd appreciate any help!
Thank-you.
