Installing HP Envy 5660

I will be installing our old HP Envy 5660 onto a new HP AIO desktop.   The printer will be used wirelessly.   To install the driver on the new computer, can I simply go to 123.hp.com, select the printer and go from there?  When doing so is it required that I first physically connect the printer to the new AIO by USB?  Thanks.

Visit the HP website:

• Open your web browser and go to 123.hp.com.
• Select your printer model (HP Envy 5660) and download the necessary software and drivers.

Install the Software:

• Run the downloaded installation file and follow the on-screen instructions.
• During the installation process, ensure that you select the wireless setup option. The HP software will guide you through connecting the printer to your wireless network.

Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

• Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your AIO desktop.
• Use the printer’s control panel to navigate to the Wireless Setup Wizard (Settings > Wireless Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard) and follow on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Complete the Wireless Setup:
