Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Attemptnig a non-Internet install of a HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 using a USB connection. Using the latest HP driver supporting a WIndows 10 64-bit machines. The HP Software detects the printer as a 9010 proceeds to load and stalls at "... checking your software needs". What would be the best method to install the drivers using a USB connection and NO Internet.

@HOCSysAdmin, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

If you do not have internet access, you may download the printer driver on a USB flash drive using a different computer that has internet and install it on the computer you want.

If this does not help, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing. Use Deskjet 990c driver if your printer is not listed.

Refer to this document HP printer setup (Windows built-in driver) for help.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
