Installing HP PSC 2350 printer/scanner on Windows 10

I have HP PSC 2350 printer/scanner. I worked fine on Windows XP. Is it possible to install it on Windows 10? If it is, I request step-by-step instructions.

Thank you for your fast answer. 

I have more questions:

1)  Should I connect the printer to the computer before or after opening the file you referred to in the first paragraph of your post?

2) Is the HP Image Zone (which is in the software CD I have for the printer) included in the aforementioned file? 

3) What about the HP Director - will it be available?

I tried all the options, but nothing works. I can print, but cannot scan. What else can be done?
