We have a LJ M209 printer that stopped printing after 50 pages. It prints a message telling us that we must use the HP Smart app to allow additional pages. This printer is in a enterprise environment were access to the Microsoft store is blocked due to security regulations so we can not get this app. Is there an alternate way to install the drivers? Is HP heading in this direction for all printers? If so, we need to consider switching our preferred brand. Thanks.

This model printer comes under HP+ printers and hence requires the HP Smart app. For more info on the HP+ printers, click here.
If you cannot download and use the HP Smart app, I've sent you a private message with further instructions to resolve this issue.
