Having trouble getting computer to link with WiFi. Trying to do via USB cable but can't figure out how to get Setup Wizard to show up on my Chromebook.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

 

The printing methods are different and depend on whether your printer is connected with a USB cable or to the same wireless network as your Chromebook.

 

As you're Trying to print via USB cable. You can simply connect the USB cable and install HP Print for Chrome and then follow the onscreen instructions to enable the app. Go to Printing with the HP Print for Chrome App
