Hi Folks,
I am trying to setup the instant ink feature for my HP Deskjet 3630 series.
When i follow the link on the HP Smart Application it instructs me to push a button on the printer and it will print a code... when i push the button a small LED lights up but no page prints. The printer is still functioning ok and printing fine. I was in the webpage of the printer giving it an update and the webservice says its connected?
Thanks
Stuart

@Stuartyleslie, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer? to isolate and resolve the issue.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
