Instant Ink connection issue

Why am I getting THIS email message: "Connect your printer to avoid cancellation" and your "Virtual help" is a JOKE! My printer IS Connected & I DID get my ink when needed! I need a LIVE AGENT to fix this now or I WILL upgrade this complaint!
