Hi,

I've got an HP M375nw that I have setup on my network. I'm having an issue with scanning to a network folder. It will work for a while after a reboot, but after a few hours to a day, it will stop connecting to the share drive. The printer never drops of the network for print jobs, and the share drive is always accessible from any other connected computer, so there's definitely an issue between specifically the printer and the network drive. I've also tried with setting up other network drives on other systems with the same results. I've tried this setup on DHCP, as well as setting it up with a Static IP. I've setup network credentials to use ONLY for the printer as well, thinking maybe an authentication issue, no change in issue. I can't seem to find any firmware updates for my printer (which is quite old at this point). I'm on FW Date Code 20150126. To note, I'm a Certified HP Warranty Service Technician, and still can't seem to figure this out, at least not without throwing parts at it. Hopefully someone has seen this before and has any ideas.
