Dear Sysadmins, is there any good explanations/instructions/manuals on how these bloody HP printers work? I am having some really bad time with these printers.
Ok, I will try to ask concrete questions.
HP LaserJet Color 4700. Even though I set it to pick up the paper from Tray 2, it asks for paper from Tray 1, and stops printing until you press the button on the printer.
HP LaserJet P3015. This printer is shared on Windows Server 2012 R2, and when I try to install it on Windows 7, it says that some policies are in place which do not allow this printer to be installed. However, I can install this printer on windows 8.1 and windows 10.
