I managed to set up an HP Smart account and I want to invite my family members so they can also take advantage of the features of the app but the invite is not being sent to their emails. They checked every single folder on their email but there is none from HP, please help.

In general, there is naught to be done on "our side".
The account, the setup, the Invitees are not visible outside of your environment.
Perhaps the first thing to try:
Delete any outstanding invitations and start over.
Consider
Test the setup with another one of your own email "other" addresses.

The test address cannot be the same address as the account that owns the HP Smart / HP Connected account
and
The test address cannot already be active / connected to another HP Smart / HP Connected account.

This discussion / post is in reference to using an HP+ service enabled printer or one of the select non-HP+ printers that supports Print Anywhere.
Sharing your printer with others is a feature that is only available on HP+ printers and can only be used if the person being invited does not have an HP+ account.
Invitees will be asked to create an HP Account and to install the HP App / HP Smart application.
Enabling Private Pickup will hold the print job for 72 hours until you or an authorized user is near the printer (with a supported mobile device (tablet, phone). Private Pickup will not release the chosen documents to the printer until proximity is confirmed via Bluetooth with a supported phone or tablet.
NOTE >> In order to have a print job released when using Private Pickup, you must have Bluetooth, Location, and access to your device enabled.
To release Private Pickup documents when you are within range, open the HP Smart app, wait 45 seconds for the app to connect, and then Tap Private Pickup Files. Next, Select the files you want to print from the queue, then tap "Send to Printer"
If you disable Print Anywhere in your HP Smart / HP Connected account and then wish to enable it again, just like the first time you set up Print Anywhere, you must enable Print Anywhere while your device (computer, tablet, phone) is connected the same wireless network as your printer.
