Yesterday I was not able to access HP Solution center, I disinstalled all HP printer functions and tryed to reinstall from official software downloaded from HP Support center. During installation I recevide the message "Errore irreversibile" no other information.

Checking in the forum I discovered that could be a problem with Flash Player end of life.

What can I do ? HP will provide new istallation software to correct the error or I have to throw away my printer ?

Thanks

@vavo48, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash player that was required for HP Solution Center. There is no update on new software as of now.

If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Note: If the printer is not found in the list, try Deskjet 990c or Deskjet 6980 to install the printer as these are the generic printer drivers.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
