It appears that https://www.usrepairs.co/ is a legit company -but it is NOT an HP affiliate or subsidiary.
The BBB ("Better Business Bureau") as per: https://www.bbb.org/us/va/hampton/profile/appliance-repair/us-repairs-llc-0583-90304202/accreditatio..., has this to say about US Repairs, and I quote:
"BBB has determined that US Repairs, LLC meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints."
Use good judgment and perhaps consider a local PC repair business if you need such services.
